Given that raw-material costs accounts for more than 90% of the cost of the final product, it is very important for the manufacturers to ensure they receive transparent prices for their raw-materials and a robust and reliable delivery of the same.

Opaque pricing and unreliable delivery eventually result in the end-user (i.e, Consumers like us) bearing higher costs of final manufactured product.

KRAs:

Ability to work independently or with other team members (Pair programming etc).
Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
Ensure timely completion of development activity.
Prepare training documents and provide training to internal teams on tools.
Consult, design, and develop wellstructured, scalable inhouse tools.
Should be able to write optimized business logic for business functions

Ideal Fit

You have 3+ Years of development experience in the full stack development (preferred MERN technology be proficient in working with technologies like JavaScript, CSS, and JS with framework like NodeJS and ReactJS.
You should have good working knowledge of NoSQL/SQL databases like MongoDB/Postgres etc.
As part of the brains of the startup, you are smart, creative and love solving business challenges and thereby find new ways to propel the growth of the company.
You are passionate about growth and aspire to become a technical leader not just within the company, but beyond.
