Description
we are looking for the Sales Executive For The organization The karma Durg Chhattisgarh.

  • ERP, Website development, Expense management etc. ( Must Required).
2) Its a target Based job soo you have to complete at least minimum 60-70% monthly target, otherwise you will not get your full salary as i have mentioned below.

For example - # If you achieved 0% target then you will not get salary.

minimum 60% target is compulsory then you will get given salary.

3) Travelling + Food Allowances provided as per area and city.

4) minimum 2 years experience is required in IT sales.

5) Desired Incentives will provided if complete 100% and more given target.


Generate leads:

Identify and research potential customers or clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.


Prospect and qualify leads:
Evaluate leads to determine their potential as customers. Assess their needs, budgets, and timelines to ensure a good fit with the product or service being offered.


Conduct sales presentations:
Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers. Highlight the features and benefits, answer questions, and address any concerns or objections they may have.


Build and maintain relationships:
Foster strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Stay in touch with customers regularly, provide ongoing support, and address any issues or concerns they may have.


Meet sales targets:
Set and achieve sales targets and goals as outlined by the company. Monitor and track sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and take proactive measures to meet or exceed targets.


Stay updated on industry trends:
Stay informed about the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Continuously update product knowledge and adapt sales strategies accordingly.


Provide feedback:
Share customer feedback, market insights, and suggestions for product or service enhancements with relevant teams within the company. Act as a liaison between customers and the organization.


Collaborate with the team:

Coordinate and collaborate with colleagues from different departments, such as marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve overall company goals.


Salary:
₹15, ₹17,000.00 per month
