Description
Review qualification of new suppliers.

  • Monitor the performance of suppliers/ subcontractors.
  • Request quotation if required and preparation of LPO.
  • Ensures adequate storage and handling of trading and spare items.
  • Inspect procured material on arrivals.
  • Notifies the supplies in case of noncomplying materials.
  • Performs internal quality audit when scheduled.
  • Liaise with customers if required.
  • Any other function as advised by BDM
  • Receipt of material from suppliers and perform receiving inspection.
  • Storage of material in stores as per their precision nature.
  • Periodical Material Reconciliation and inform to Purchaser about any deviations.
  • Provide preservation to the materials in storage according to manufacturer's recommendation.
  • Arrange the material according to their shelf life and store according to the requirements. Discard the expired material and information to purchaser and Operations Manager.
  • Keep the store environment neat, tidy and clean.
  • Issuance of material as 'First Come First Serve' policy.
  • Any other work as advised by the BDM & Purchase Executive. Perform works related to fire Fighting Appliances.
  • Ensures proper quality control and adequate workmanship.
  • Ensures that defective works are rectified as per standards and requirements.
  • Maintain safe operating environment.
Any other duty as stated by Sr. Service Technicians.


Salary:
₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month

Education:


  • Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)
