In-Charge & Academic Coach


Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate academic coach to provide personalized academic support and guidance to students of various ages and academic levels.

As an academic coach, you will be responsible for assessing students' strengths and weaknesses and developing customized study plans to help them achieve their academic goals.

You will also provide ongoing feedback and support to help students stay motivated and engaged in their learning.


Responsibilities:

• Assess students' academic strengths and weaknesses
• Develop customized study plans to meet students' individual needs
• Provide ongoing feedback and support to help students stay motivated and engaged
• Track students' progress and adjust study plans as needed
• Communicate with parents and teachers to provide updates on students' progress
• Maintain accurate records of students' performance and progress
• Continuously evaluate and improve coaching strategies and techniques

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in academic coaching or tutoring
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop customized study plans based on students' individual needs
• Knowledge of various teaching and learning strategies
• Familiarity with curriculum standards and requirements
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate students' needs

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 25 per week


Salary:
₹5, ₹6,000.00 per month


Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
