  • Have innate interest towards inner development of every child in class. Build confidence in each child by identifying natural talents and honing the same. Help students take ownership for their progress and development through reflection.
  • Liaison with parents to ensure parent, teacher and student work as a team together for the holistic growth of the student.
  • Be ready to take up responsibilities apart from teaching and are eager to take up initiatives towards strengthening the vision of the school.
  • Be accommodative in working in a team, with people from diverse backgrounds.
