Sales Representative - Mohali, India - WORKSDELIGHT
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. Generate leads and build a pipeline of opportunities for IT products and services.
- Engage with clients to understand their IT requirements, challenges, and objectives. Conduct needs assessments to determine the best IT solutions to meet client needs.
- Articulate the features, benefits, and value propositions of IT products and services offered by the company. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Work closely with clients to address any concerns or objections and negotiate terms of the sale. Close deals and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty. Provide ongoing support and assistance to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Keep abreast of developments in the IT industry, including new products, technologies, and market trends. Use this knowledge to position the company's offerings effectively and anticipate client needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment in sales efforts and deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and outcomes. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in IT sales or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Solid negotiation and closing skills.
- Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.

₹25, ₹65,000.00 per month
