UX/UI Designer - Panchkula, India - Wing Global IT Services

Job description
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to understand the needs of the user and the business
- Researching and analyzing user behavior, creating personas, and developing user flows and wireframes
- Conducting user testing and gathering feedback to iterate on designs
- Ensuring that designs are visually appealing, intuitive, and easy to use
- Creating and maintaining design systems and style guides
- Staying up to date with the latest design trends and technologies
- A bachelor's degree in a related field such as design, human-computer interaction, or psychology
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Canva, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite or InVision
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- Excellent communication, problemsolving, and collaboration skills
Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
