JOB DESCRIPTION:


  • Possess knowledge of Safety footwear construction and detailed technical spec sheets for prototypes
  • Take an active role in fit sessions and product line reviews to ensure timely releases.
  • Conduct visual survey and conceptualization to establish better communication with team.
  • Evaluate all samples and correspond changes for development of footwear designs.
  • Establish block library.
  • Developing and designing product ranges
  • To research trends and directions for product ranges
  • Working with the technical team, advising factories on construction, details and artworks
  • Sourcing from the supply base and building relationship with suppliers.

QUALIFICATION FOR FOOTWEAR DESIGNER:

  • Degree Or Diploma in Footwear from any Institution
  • Previous experience in designing Safety footwear 45 YEAR for an aspirational brand
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, moulding, sewing, printing
  • Show clear communication, both visually and verbally
  • Designer will manage multiple priorities from Development issues to creative problem solving

Salary:
₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
