    Description

    The position would manage and drive the implementation of IFC Controls for the organization

    1. The Corporate finance team is in charge of the consolidation of the audited accounts of the different Units.
    2. Each Unit is subject to audit and has to comply with ICOFR requirements. Hence each Unit has to ensure that Internal Financial Controls (IFC) are monitored every quarter and reported to the Corporate Finance head
    3. The Manager – IFC will work with the Unit CFO, who leads the IFC implementation for the Units and ensures all the IFC controls are in place for the Unit.
    4. The incumbent will project manage the IFC report recommendations and ensure that the Unit CFO comply with the processes and with the audit recommendations
    5. The incumbent will work with other departments like IT, IA and external audit agencies and ensure that all processes are compliant with IFC requirements.
    6. Report exceptions and delays and effective use of Senior finance leadership in bringing issues up for closure through steering committee meetings etc
    7. Will review all audit observations and ensure that the same is fixed by respective units by working with them and monitoring the same periodically
