Job Title:
Graphic Designer (YouTube Thumbnail Specialist)

Salary: 12k-25k Per Month

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the content team to understand the theme, tone, and key messages of each video.
Design eye-catching and relevant YouTube Thumbnails that align with the content's purpose and target audience.
Create compelling visual elements, typography, and graphics that convey the essence of the video.
Ensure consistency of branding, color scheme, and style across all thumbnails.
Stay updated with YouTube trends and best practices for Thumbnails to optimize clickthrough rates.
Incorporate feedback from team members to refine and improve Thumbnail designs.
Manage multiple Thumbnail design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Maintain an organized library of design assets and resources.

Qualifications:

a. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your Thumbnail design skills.

b. Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent.

c. Deep understanding of visual storytelling and composition principles.

d. Ability to interpret video content and translate it into compelling Thumbnail designs.

e. Strong typography skills and an eye for detail.

f. Familiarity with YouTube's Thumbnail guidelines and best practices.

g. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

h. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for Thumbnails.

i. Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and tasks.

j. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory)
