About Role
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Maintains customer relationship by responding to inquiries and record all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Research required information using available resources.
- Improves quality service by recommending improved processes.
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
- Accomplishes customer service and organization target by completing related tasks as needed.
- Be excited/interested by the flexibility and dynamic nature of the company environment.
Requirements and skills
- Excellent communication and listening skills with good command over the English language.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and target achieving skills.
- Must have good interpersonal skills.
Salary:
Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
