About Role

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Maintains customer relationship by responding to inquiries and record all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Research required information using available resources.
  • Improves quality service by recommending improved processes.
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
  • Accomplishes customer service and organization target by completing related tasks as needed.
  • Be excited/interested by the flexibility and dynamic nature of the company environment.

Requirements and skills

  • Excellent communication and listening skills with good command over the English language.
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and target achieving skills.
  • Must have good interpersonal skills.

Salary:
Up to ₹25,000.00 per month


Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)
