Location: 20/11, Site IV, Sahibabad Industrial Area, Ghaziabad UP) INDIA
We are urgently hiring for "
IT Support Executive" for Head Office.
Job responsibilities:

Desktop Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as software updates, system patches, antivirus scans, and hardware maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security of desktop systems.

Asset Management: Maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory.

Vendor Liaison: Communicate and coordinate with external vendors and service providers for hardware repairs, software updates, or other technical issues.
Skills & Requirement:
-
- Good knowledge of Networking Equipment such as LAN / WAN / Routers / Switches / Hubs etc.
- Bachelor or Master's Degree or Diploma in IT/Computers'
- Minimum 2 3 years' experience in IT support
- Good knowledge in Outlook Configuration and MS
Office Tools:
Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting all problems related to all PC's, Laptop
- Indepth knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10, and Mac OS operating systems troubleshooting
