  • To make outbound calls on the given data to Retain and Acquire donors
  • To do proper followups after generating the leads
  • Call donors on various campaigns run by the organization
  • To achieve the targeted numbers in terms of donors & as per the process requirements.
  • Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performancerelated expectations.
  • Answering & dialling phones and explaining the product and work offered by the organization.
  • Accountable for achieving performance benchmarks on a monthly, quarterly, halfyearly and annual basis.
  • Obtaining the prospect's information and other relevant information (as per process requirement).
  • Addressing donor queries.
  • Promote awareness of the organization's mission and work.
  • Maintains operations by following policies and methodology and functional changes.
  • Keeps up quality service by adhering to organization guidelines.
  • Having the ability to work rotational shifts and roster off as required by the process.
  • Understands and memorizes new information quickly; rapid learning and memory.
  • Performs duties without unnecessarily challenging authority, follows procedures and policies, adheres to schedules, and adheres to legal obligations and safety requirements.

Work Days & Timing: 6 days working with (Rotational week off)


Mandatory:
Vaccinated (Two Dose)
You will be working on the payrolls of Persolkelly.

Also, we will sign three months contracts with you for the first 3 months (review period) and then we will sign annual renewable contracts with you after the first 3 months are completed.


Language Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in Local Language (Telugu)
