Poc Sales - Hyderabad, India - Siemens Healthineers
Description
Regionally executes the sales strategy, policies, and guidelines, in line with the overall IndiaPOC Business strategy.
1) Develops and proposes regional sales budgets and periodical revenue forecasts as well as quantity forecasts (analyzers/ consumables).
a) Manages achievement of regional budgets, forecasts and ensures regular sales reporting.
b) Manages & Develop the performance of POC South Team
c)Manages the business partners and their performance.
2) Liaises with Marketing, Product Management, Service and Project Management teams in matters of strategic and tactical product and service positioning.
3) Supports regional customers' business development, ensures achievement of targeted Customer satisfaction scores.
4) Defines and allocates resources regionally, 'Go to Market' strategy in alignment with the overall organization vision.
5) Ensures adherence to applicable policies, procedures, and guidelines.
