Qualifications:


  • Graduate qualification preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a telecaller
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products or services.
  • Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of products or services to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the company database.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and answer any additional questions.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and sales.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting as required.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
