As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, and maintaining relationships to drive business growth for our construction and interior designing services.

• Contact potential clients to introduce our services, understand their requirements, and schedule meetings for our sales team.
• Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into clients.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and update the CRM system regularly.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
• Provide feedback and insights gathered from client interactions to improve our services and offerings.
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.

• Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role in the construction or interior designing industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Goaloriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
