About the Role:

This role is responsible for instructing new Medical Documentation Specialists as they progress through Augmedix Scribe Training.


This role involves leading lectures, giving 1:1 feedback, grading notes, demonstrating how to take high quality notes using Augmedix tools, and assisting with content development.

The day-to-day of this role requires someone who enjoys helping and motivating others to succeed.


Responsibilities:


  • Train and lead cohorts of new trainees through Augmedix Scribe Training.
  • Proactively track trainee progress and help troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with the training team to improve content and processes.
  • Work 1:1 with the trainees to overcome the trainingrelated challenges
  • Prepare performance reports for the trainees
  • Perform trainingrelated administrative tasks

Requirements:


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must exhibit a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Passionate in coaching
  • Innovative in creating training methodologies to achieve a great learning experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with trainees of all age groups and social backgrounds.

Qualification:


  • Graduation in any discipline.
  • Training experience (1+ year preferred)
  • Live Scribing experience
  • Training/ teaching experience on Augmedix tools will be an added advantage.
