- Assess training needs and create customized programs.
- Support new hires in understanding finance procedures.
- Collaborate with the finance team to enhance skills.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training.
Qualifications:
- PG(Mcom / Msc maths / MBA) Qualification
Atleast Knowing Softwares:
- Tally, Ms office.
