This position will work onsite in the Ahmedabad office working in US Based on daytime hours.

We are seeking a motivated and multi-talented individual with strong client service technical skills to join our Client Support Team.

As a key member of the team, you will be proactive, show initiative, and have exceptional communication skills and a strong customer mindset, together with the ability to diagnose the origins of both technical, as well as user issues to our new and existing customers.

This is a critical role that supports and interacts directly with our Home Health Agency clients in the US.

Essential Job Duties

  • Review and follow up on internal tickets, tasks, and/or special projects as assigned by management
  • Participate in quality assurance; assure 100% client satisfaction
  • Understand and manage evolving client expectations

Other Job Duties

  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor or HHA exchange leader.

Travel Requirements

  • None

Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of customer service, call center, help desk, technical support or supporting customers on software products preferred
  • Experience in Healthcare a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating systems is a must and experience with Microsoft Office suites such as Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, etc.
  • Excellent communications skills both verbal and written (Must be fluent in English)
  • Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills
  • The ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to constant change and evolving software
  • Teamwork approach, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to succeed
  • Required to physically work in the Ahmedabad office.
