Principal System Engr -Solution architect
Join a team that designs, develops and integrates highly complex systems within Honeywell Enterprise Performance Material Team. You will be integral in creating system solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

You will have ownership for systems at every aspect of the systems life cycle; from the front end of business development through product end of life.

You will work across disciplines within the business to drive growth and reach critical business milestones.

Key Responsibilities

Strong experience in engineering of large & multidisciplinary systems
Ability to drive technical decision making, experience in taking data driven calculated risks
Experience & skill wrt product/solution development from preconcept phase till manufacturing & field installation
Ability to play allrounder role in a team of diverse disciplines & skillset, skill to solve multidisciplinary engineering problems.
Past experience in industrial automation / process control or safety/ sustainability / energy storage.
Experienced in product certification, agency facing, environmental qualification of the product.
Experience in design for cost, ilities and implementation of nonfunctional requirements, technical scope management
Good Communication skills, process adherence mindset, innovative mindset, systematic, team player.

Qualification:

18+ years of experience BE/BTech/ME/Mtech preferably from electrical/electronic background.
Weightage: technical skills 40%. Behavioral skills & attitude 60%.
