Description

SpaceCraft a Starfish Growth Partners LLP initiative has partnered with well-renowned real estate builders in Hyderabad and Bangalore to sell residential properties, and offer interior and landscaping design services.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Identify Leads for Full Execution projects
  • Convert prospects into customers. Call leads to fix and manage site visits or set up meetings with the customers
  • Achieve sales target. Attend to walkin clients. Negotiate with clients for deal closures
  • Maintain daily sales reports and other reports
  • Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base
  • Increase business opportunities through various routes. Perform fieldwork to achieve sales
  • Build and nurture relationships within the broader community with a particular focus on real estate
  • Develop an indepth understanding of the Real Estate sectors in India and key players in the market
  • Develop excellent relational skills with developers, investors, and service providers in the Real Estate sector
  • Account management by attending regular meetings and attending events (both online and inperson)
  • Develop commercial strategies that will enable the expansion of new highvalue clients

Suitability:


  • Preferred academic background: An undergraduate or postgraduate degree in any field
  • Have the ability and insight to recognize the unique needs of property owners, investors, and future clients to ensure that sales goals are achieved
  • Must have a Go-Getter attitude, with a demonstrated ability to achieve targets
  • Commercial Background with Real Estate experience
  • Superior computer literacy, creativity and up to date with current technology
  • Good communication and presentation skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to cope with time pressure and deadlines
  • Prior use or knowledge of CRM, Google Suite, and Project Management platforms is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and team orientation, with the ability to effectively build relationships
  • Ability to quickly gain a working knowledge of the company's various products
  • Must have own vehicle

Remuneration:

Salary range [25, ,000.00, Junior and mid or level] plus fuel allowance and liberal commissions


Locations:
Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai & Kochi


Salary:
₹25, ₹45,000.00 per month
