Nature of Work:
- General Corporate Law, Transaction Advisory, Contract Lifecycle Management, Mergers and Acquisitions, Insolvency Law, Commercial Litigation, Tax & Arbitration
Eligibility:
- Around 02 year of legal experience
Ability to handle multiple matters concurrently.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
Able to identify and escalate issues timely and appropriately.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
