Qualification:
bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or any related field

Previous 2 to 4 years of experience in IT maintenance and support, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting
:


  • Knowledge of healthcare IT regulations and standards, such as HIPAA and HITECH are an added advantage.
  • Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and personnel management abilities.
  • Ability to work well in a fastpaced and highpressure environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT activities, including maintenance logs, service requests, and incident reports.

Supervise and coordinate the work of IT support staff, including technicians and helpdesk personnel
:


  • Provide technical support to hospital staff, including physicians, nurses, and administrative personnel, to resolve ITrelated issues.
  • Implement and manage security measures such as antivirus software, firewalls, and access controls to protect sensitive patient information.

Troubleshoot network issues, optimize network performance, and implement security measures to safeguard patient data and hospital operations.

Job Types:

Full-time, Permanent


Salary:

₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
