    Overview:

    The SAP HCM(Human Capital Management) plays a crucial role in the organizationoverseeing the management of human resources data and processes.This role is essential for integrating human resource managementwith the strategic objectives of the organization ensuring smoothand efficient HR operations. We are looking forward tohiring SAP HCM professionals in the following areas:

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Handson Experiencewith Payroll/Time Schemes and Rules and should have Guinea payrollexperience and payroll of more than one country in the AmericasEurope or APAC will be an addedadvantage.
    • Experience in Configuration of PA /OM / Time Management (ve) / Payroll / Time / ESSMSSFunctionalities
    • Integration experience inHCMFI
    • Experience in supportengagements
    • Experience in Support of PayrollTime Management ESS and MSS for GlobalGeographies
    • Functional background in SAPHCM
    • Experience in SAP HR Time ManagementPayroll Support and Maintenance AMS experience in SAPHCM
    • Excellent Communication and ability to workas a team as the role will require extensive meetings with allstakeholders and will be a single point ofcontact
    Responsibilities:
    • Provide support toanalyze & fix issues
    • Investigatediagnose and resolve recorded Incidents assigned and implementeffective workarounds to mitigate the effects ofIncidents
    • Provide resolution expertise in caseof Major incidents
    • Interact with teams in otherdomain areas e.g. development/interfaces teams securityinfrastructure legacy support teamsetc.
    • Knowledge of and experience inan IT Service Management System (preferablyServiceNow)
    forcrossfunctional / teamissues
    • Contact SAP orother 3rd party vendors to resolve theissue
    • Analyze implement and take overallresponsibility for implementing normal / emergency changes requiredfor Incident resolution
    • Responsible forfunctional testing (Unit Integration and UAT) insystems
    • Coordinate with internal team processteams and business users
    • Contribute to overallKM efforts
