    We arelooking for Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant experienced inthe fullcycle of Oracle Cloud HCM implementation with a very strongtechnical skill set in creating Integrations and extensions as perclient requirements Role will require experience and capability indesign development configuration test script execution performingproof of concept building user training materials and supportingtestingmilestonesYears ofExperience: 5 8YearsProfessionaland EducationalQualificationAnyGraduates/Any PostGraduatesPositionRequirements:

    CandidateMUST have a strong SQLKnowledgeMin 4 Experience in cloud HCM worked in at least 23 modules from thelist ( HR Benefits Absence Management Time & LaborPayrollORC/OLC)Candidate musthave developed at least 10 to 12 integrations / reports / FastFormula (Real timeproject).Candidatemust have a good knowledge on how conversion works in HCMModules.

    Candidatemust have a good experience in working with client / USAcounterparts in understanding their business requirements andproviding the rightsolutions.

    Candidateis expected to be able to work independently and as part of a teambeing able to demonstrate an ability to develop othercolleagues.

    Technicalsupport and development for Oracle Cloud HCM integration andreports covering modules like Payroll Benefits Core HR CompPerformance Taleoetc.


    DesiredKnowledge:
    Goodknowledge of modules and processes around Oracle HCMapplication.
    End toend implementation experience in oracle cloud / ERPapplications.
    Excellentcommunication skills and ability to interact with external teams orclients.
    Experiencein working with client / USA counterparts in understanding theirbusiness requirements and providing the rightsolutions.
