Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive at Teamvisor Technologies, your primary role is to identify, engage, and acquire new client companies. You will play a pivotal part in expanding our client base and contributing to the organization's growth.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Acquisition:


  • Identify and target potential client companies in the IT and nonIT sectors.
  • Develop a strategic approach to reach out to prospective clients.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.

Sales and Client Relationship Management:


  • Understand the unique recruitment needs and challenges of potential clients.
  • Present Teamvisor Technologies' staffing solutions and services to prospective clients.
  • Engage in consultative selling, tailoring our solutions to meet each client's specific requirements.
  • Establish and maintain strong, longterm client relationships.
  • Responsively address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.

Closing Sales:


  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.

Client Visits:


  • Arrange and conduct inperson meetings with potential and existing clients when necessary.
  • Deliver persuasive and professional presentations of our staffing solutions during client visits.
  • Build rapport and gain a deeper understanding of each client's specific needs and challenges through facetoface interactions.
  • Address client concerns, provide proactive solutions, and offer clarification during meetings.

Market Research:


  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes.
  • Analyze market data to identify potential business growth opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proactive and resultsoriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits when required.
