Description
Responsibilities-
- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Maintain files and records with effective filing systems.
- Support other teams with various tasks (redirecting calls, scheduling meetings etc.)
- Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office.
- Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system.
- Deal with customer complaints or issues.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders.
- Work on Social media platform like linkedin, facebook for product marketing.
Qualifications
- Must have a bachelor degree.
- Proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role
- Experience in customer service
- Proven track record of success in Business Development, Sales or Marketing.
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skill
- Ability to build business relationships and network within the industry.
- Knowledge of social media platform (e.g. LinkedIn).
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Good knowledge of MS Office and backoffice.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
