Description

Responsibilities-

  • Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Maintain files and records with effective filing systems.
  • Support other teams with various tasks (redirecting calls, scheduling meetings etc.)
  • Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system.
  • Deal with customer complaints or issues.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders.
  • Work on Social media platform like linkedin, facebook for product marketing.

Qualifications

  • Must have a bachelor degree.
  • Proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role
  • Experience in customer service
  • Proven track record of success in Business Development, Sales or Marketing.
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skill
  • Ability to build business relationships and network within the industry.
  • Knowledge of social media platform (e.g. LinkedIn).
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and backoffice.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
