Description

We are currently hiring a highly skilled Design for Testability (DFT) Engineer to join our team and lead the DFT efforts for our most critical ASIC and SoC projects.

As a senior-level position, we require a candidate who has expertise in DFT methodologies and can drive the implementation of robust test strategies.

• Defining the overall DFT strategy for assigned projects, considering manufacturability, test coverage, and cost optimization
• Collaborating with design and verification teams throughout the design flow to seamlessly integrate DFT techniques
• Developing and implementing advanced DFT methodologies (scan insertion, ATPG, Boundary Scan, Design for X) to achieve exceptional test coverage and fault detection rates
• Championing best practices for DFT and actively participating in design reviews, providing expert guidance on DFT feasibility and optimization
• Leading and mentoring junior DFT engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and knowledge sharing within the team
• Analyzing test results, identifying potential design issues, and recommending corrective actions to ensure high test quality
• Staying up to date with the latest DFT tools and methodologies by actively researching and adopting emerging trends
• Managing and maintaining DFT libraries and internal DFT standards
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of the DFT flow within the team
