Role Responsibilities:


  • To Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client's satisfaction
  • To promote the company's services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
  • To develop entrylevel staff into valuable sales resources.
  • To Conduct research to identify new markets and client's needs.
  • To arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • To Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to lawestablished rules and guidelines.
  • To keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc on regular basis and update the same to the reporting manager.
  • Bidding on Freelance, Fiverr, Upwork and other freelance portals on daily basis to acquire projects and converting those projects into long term sales

Requirements and skills:


  • Must have proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive and bidding or in a relevant role.
  • Must have Proven International sales track record.
  • Must have bidding experience on bidding platforms (up work, freelance, PPH, Guru).
  • Must have experience in managing the daily reporting & Tracking of assigned task.
  • Must have Proficiency in English and excellent communication skill.
  • Must have International Market knowledge.
  • Knowledge of drafting business proposals

Salary:
₹40, ₹70,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abohar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
