POSITION**:
Service Coordinator

EXPERIENCE**:4 TO 5+ YEARSin Analytical Instruments Service

LOCATION**:
Navi Mumbai

REPORTING TO**:
BRANCH SERVICE MGR / Branch Mgr

QUALIFICATION**:
Graduate /Diploma

Having experience of min. 45 years in Analytical field
Experience in Service job profile

GeM procedure/ _Tender handling_

Service (AMC) Proposal & Spares Quotations.
Data entry in Service software

WORK PROFILE.

Support the Branch Service Head and Service Engineers in preparing AMC quotes/proposals, Service Proposal Forms, etc.
Receive Customer calls, requests, complaints and update in the records and escalate serious issues to the Dept. Head immediately.
Support Service Engineer for Installation jobs by ensuring that all Pre-Installation requirements and documents are complete.
Maintain good relationship with Customers and followup complaints and requests, thus ensuring that call has been attended completely.
Act as a bridge between Customer and Service Engineers, avoiding any communication gaps.
Followup with prospective Customers for AMC, consumables orders, etc.
Neatly maintain and store Service records for quick retrieval when required.
Actively participate in the Dept. Meetings and provide suggestions/inputs for improvement in the Dept. process.
