Strategic Planning:


  • Implementing policies, sales planning and strategies for accomplishing growth and profitability norms.
  • Assigned for building positive brand image and expansion of the organization.
  • Creating detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.
  • Implementing policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.

Ø
Operations:


  • Coordinating new outlet launch.
  • Keep management informed by preparing reports, documents, presentations, interpreting information, and making recommendations.
  • Guiding Franchise owners towards controlling profit & loss, by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labour, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
  • Implementing procedures, control systems for maintaining hygiene and quality standards.
  • Leading efforts for streamlining processes and generating cost savings in operations.
  • Implementing sales promotional strategies to increase the sales volume and achieving maximum client satisfaction.
  • Ensuring profitability of operations and supervise all aspects of restaurant management including, monitoring food production to ensure compliance with quality & hygiene standards.
  • Ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.

Client Servicing:


  • Manage corporate deals for the new business opportunities.
  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring high quality services, resulting in customer delight and optimum resource utilization for maximum service quality.
  • Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by closely interacting with inhouse and potential guests to understand their requirements and customizing the product and services accordingly.
  • Delivering highvalue services to franchise owners for exalting their satisfaction levels.

Personnel Management/Training:


  • Handling Staffing, Recruitment, Performance Review and Appraisal.
  • Imparting appropriate training on Service Excellence and Teamwork for smooth running of the organization.
  • Organizing and conducting practical and theoretical training programs, to enhance skills and motivational levels.

Ø
Promotions & Brand Building:


  • Promote the brand in the local community through wordofmouth and restaurant events.
  • Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads)
  • BTL activities to create more brand recognition.
  • Gaining Better sales through marketing and training staff.

Requirements:


  • Should have worked and delivered on time bound Projects.
  • Should have working experience as shift manager, outlet manager, QSR executive, etc.
  • Should be proficient in Hindi and English language.
  • Should be flexible with travelling.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
