Description

To effectively plan projects as they are contracted, ensuring staff have visibility of schedules assigned by both Project Leads and Managers.

These statements are intended to describe the general nature of the job and are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills and duties.

Manage Workfront Processes including but not limited to:
Aid colleagues and answer questions on Workfront processes
Act as a liaison with Japanese and Korean colleagues to ensure cost builds, proposals, current schedules and new schedules are kept up to date
Planning Activities, including but not limited to:
Add new projects to planning system with feedback from Project Leads
Contribute to major project planning and proposals, including pricing with other members of the team
Close projects when complete, working with the Commercial team to ensure accuracy of data
Other activities and tasks, including but not limited to:
Assist with process change and improvement
Contribute to occasional internal meetings
Keep processes written up and uptodate to ensure that tasks can be distributed when absent

Experience:

Ability to utilize word processing, databases, spreadsheets, and specialized software on personal computers.

1 year in Administration

Education:

Relevant degree plus 1-2 years of appropriate experience. Relevant experience may be substituted for academic qualifications.
