Responsibilities:

Content Calendar: Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar for all social media platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives.

Team Management: Lead and manage a team of social media specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the successful execution of social media strategies.

Idea Generation: Generate creative ideas and concepts for social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Reporting: Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare detailed reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and provide actionable insights for optimization.

Team Members' KRA and KPI: Define key result areas (KRA) and key performance indicators (KPI) for team members, establish goals, and evaluate performance regularly to drive continuous improvement and achievement of objectives.

Language Proficiency: Proficient in English, Malayalam, and other local languages, with the ability to create content that resonates with diverse audiences.


Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Malayalam, and local languages.
• Indepth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Creative thinking and problemsolving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
