Description

We are looking for a customer support representative with on call sale and after sale support to join our team and provide excellent service to our clients.

As a customer support representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, presenting our products and services, and closing deals and provide excellent service to our clients.

As a customer support representative, you will be responsible for:


Responsibilities

  • Providing information about our products, services, features, pricing, and policies to customers and potential customers.
  • Escalating complex or technical issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance.
  • Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Documenting customer interactions and feedback in our omnichannel system and generating reports as needed.
  • Collaborating with other team members and departments to improve customer experience and achieve company goals.

Requirements:

To be successful as a customer support representative, you should have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and any omnichannel platform.
  • Proficiency in languages English, Hindi any other language is bonus.
  • A positive, friendly, and empathetic attitude towards customers and colleagues.
  • A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing situations.
  • A flexible schedule and availability to work shifts, weekends

Salary:
₹18, ₹24,000.00 per month
