Kondody Hotels and Resorts is hiring for an experienced individual to join our team as an Executive Chef.

Exhibits culinary talents by personally performing tasks while leading the staff and managing all food related functions
:

Supervises all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent, high quality product is produced
:

Supervises and coordinates activities of cooks and workers egged in food preparation
:

Monitors the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met
:

Prepares and cooks food of all types, either on a regular basis or for special guests or functions
:

Determines how food should be presented and create decorative food displays
:

Maintains purchasing, receiving and food storage standards
:

Observes service behaviors of employees and provides feedback to individuals and managers.

Education:
DHM/BHM

Experience: 20+ years( Resort experience must)


Salary:
50k to 60k + food & accommodation provide


Location:
Wayanad


Salary:

₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month
