    Description

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly motivated Azure Support Professional to join our team. In this role, candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability and reliability of our customers' Azure infrastructure and ensuring backups are present for any potential scenario.

    In addition to technical expertise, we are looking for someone who has a strong analytical mindset and a passion for problem-solving.

    This is a full-time position that requires working in the office, with no remote possibility. You will have the opportunity to work for one of the best IT companies in the world and to develop your skills in a dynamic environment.

    Key Requirement:

    1-2 Years experience in Azure with preferred experience in Azure Backup and Recovery Services.

    Active directory domain services (ADDS) + LDAP.

    RBAC Role/ Custom roles basic understanding.

    Experience in backup and recovery of virtual machines, understanding SQL and or SAP HANA cross-region, and Azure File Shares is a pro.

    Ability to troubleshoot backup and recovery issues and restore data.

    Familiar with Azure backup and recovery monitoring and reporting tools.

    Understanding of Azure Site Recovery and disaster recovery best practices

    Ability to read and understand logs and perform basic scripting using tools such as Python, PowerShell and Kusto

    Added Advantage:

    Experience in Azure Active Directory and related technologies such as Azure AD Connect, LDAP, RBAC, Azure AD B2C and B2B, and Managed Identities.

    A prior role in IT as a customer support role is a pre.

    A basic understanding of ITIL fundamentals.
