Key Responsibilities:


Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify and target potential clients through creative prospecting methods.

Generate and nurture leads to build a robust sales pipeline.


Sales Presentations:

Deliver compelling and engaging presentations to showcase our products and services.

Address client concerns and objections with confidence and expertise.


Negotiation and Closing:

Skilfully negotiate terms and conditions to close deals successfully.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Relationship Building:

Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.


Excellent Communication Skills and Good Convincing Power
Ability to effectively communicate with clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions.

Demonstrate empathy and active listening during client interactions.

Tailor communication style to different clients and situations.

Present ideas and solutions persuasively, using data and examples.

Handle objections and rejections professionally and positively.

Build rapport and trust with clients through clear and concise communication.

Use storytelling and visuals to enhance communication and convey key messages.

Adapt communication strategies based on client feedback and preferences.

Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall communication effectiveness.


Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role.

Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

12th Passed or Graduated
