Responsibilities:


  • Provide advanced data/operations support for a range of research activities within the Public Ownership Data Management Domain
  • Manage/resolve complex client data queries in partnership with the Data Operations and Technology teams
  • Support the delivery of domain data as required by Product and clients
  • Design new logic and methodology guidelines in collaboration with Data Ops
  • Write and update business procedures and internal and external client documentation, leading project implementation plans and stakeholder communications
  • Work closely with Data Ops across assigned business/region to enhance workflow systems with a focus on improving data quality and timeliness
  • Support the delivery of Ownership data as requested by clients, in terms of specific quality and timeliness KPIs, expected data comprehensiveness, and agreed data policies and procedures, all with a high level of engagement in client support
  • Work closely with project teams to plan and implement process and operational changes across businesses. Participates in user story development, release testing and workflow enhancements
  • Act as a Product Owner/Subject Matter expert and participate in the SAFe agile ceremonies, such as PI planning, Backlog refinement and a build a clear project vision for the SCRUM team to build on. This also includes activities like user story development, prioritization, and ensuring stories/features meet DoD every Iteration/release cycle
  • Work with Data Stewards in other domains to facilitate and execute projects, delivering projects on schedule and to budget, and ensuring communication and transparency into status, domain health and roadmaps
  • Some interactions with CASA data acquisition and 3rd party vendors

What We're Looking For:


Basic Qualifications:


  • Good analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Some experience working with internal company clients to resolve data issues
  • Good customer service/ Interactive people skills
  • Technical skills in SQL, Office tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) working with big data
  • Understanding of SAFe Agile, KANBAN, and LEAN practices
  • 57 years' experience in Financial Industry\Market Data, especially Public Ownership and/or Public Ownership Fixed Income data is a plus
  • Postgraduate degree highly recommended
