Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our digital marketing team.

As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating engaging and compelling video content to support our digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.

You will work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize, produce, and edit videos that effectively communicate our brand message and drive audience engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives and requirements.
• Conceptualize and storyboard video ideas to align with marketing goals and target audience.
• Select and edit raw video footage, ensuring high-quality visual storytelling and brand consistency.
• Incorporate graphics, animations, and special effects to enhance video content and maintain audience interest.
• Optimize videos for different digital platforms, considering aspect ratios, resolutions, and file formats.
• Ensure timely delivery of video projects, adhering to project timelines and deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video editing, digital marketing, and social media to continually improve skills and techniques.
• Collaborate with other team members, such as graphic designers, content creators, and marketing specialists, to brainstorm ideas and enhance overall marketing strategies.
• Maintain organized file management and documentation of video projects for future reference and reuse.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of video production processes, including shooting, editing, and post-production techniques.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices, with a focus on video content strategies.
• Portfolio of previous video editing projects demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and proficiency in digital marketing content.
• Bachelor's degree in film production, digital media, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and animation software is a plus.
