Shift - Nigh shift only (Work from Office is Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

Manage the clients' post judgment collections/recovery efforts which includes preparation of legal documents, communicating with various government administration officials, updating clients and maintaining case records.
Performing tasks for USA Legal Collection law firms. Tasks such as preparing garnishments, contacting courts, sheriffs, county offices.
Research public records and other resources to locate parties, witnesses, and other case related information.
Proficiency with Word, Excel, Word Perfect, Adobe, and Outlook
Detail oriented, able to multitask and manage time sensitive documents.
Preferred familiarity with the US Collections rules and regulations such as Fair Debt Collections Practices Act
Preferred basic understanding of US legal system and court procedures, including model civil rules of procedure.
Read about USA collections laws
:FDCPA, CFPB, FCRA, TCPA, GLBA, SCRA, PCI-DSS, UDAAP and Dodd-Frank Act.

Requirements:

Prepare court filings, recordings, and efiling.
Communicate with Court Clerk, Sheriff's Office, County Appraiser, and Recorder's Office
Provide clients with the status of their cases.
Maintain electronic documents and update case management systems.

- drafting/litigation - making/editing pleadings, dealing with pleadings, following court rules.

Knowledge of US Debt recovery process

Skills:

- good knowledge of USA banking/finance laws, good knowledge of USA legal lingo, good communication skills to work with court/govt officials - and role can be customized accordingly.
