Job Summary:

RSK Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join as a Data Process Coordinator.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in team leadership or project management, who can effectively bridge the gap between data processing team and client requirements.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between client and the Data Entry Technical team in India. Facilitate effective communication, address queries, and ensure that expectations are aligned on both ends.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the Data Entry Technical team, ensuring they are wellorganized, motivated, and equipped to meet their targets. Prior experience in team leadership or project management is highly advantageous.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize data processing workflows. Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and implement best practices to enhance the overall process.
• Monitor the quality of data processing activities to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards. Implement quality control measures and provide feedback to the team as necessary.
• Generate regular reports on data processing activities, performance metrics, and project status. Present insights to stakeholders and make datadriven recommendations for process enhancements.
• Address any challenges or roadblocks that may arise during the data processing process. Collaborate with teams to find creative solutions and maintain project momentum.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience in team leadership, project management, or a related role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise between international teams.
• Proficiency in data processing tools, techniques, and quality control.
• Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
• Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make datadriven recommendations.
• Problemsolving skills and the ability to navigate complex situations.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Flexibility to work across time zones and adapt to changing requirements.
