Job Title:
Industrial IoT Implementer

Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Duties

Understanding the requirements from IT Team and the Business to modify/ develop the PLC /HMI Program as needed.
Program Siemens PLCs (S7300, S7100 & S in different programming languages (ladder logic, FBD & SCL).
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and implement Industrial IoT solutions, focusing on majorly on OT and basic IT functions.
Continuously improve existing processes and develop innovative solutions to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Document and maintain comprehensive records of system configurations, programming codes, and other relevant information.
Collaborate with the IT team to acquire and enhance IT skills required for successful implementation and integration.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
Highly Proficient with S7 Siemens PLC Programming
S7300, S71200 & S71500
Should have working experience with all Communication Protocols like RS232, ProfiNet, Modbus, TCP/IP, OPC UA etc.,
Should be proficient in the below Tools: TIA Portal, SIMATIC Manager, WinCC, WinCC Flexible 200
Should have basic knowledge about IT Systems & Applications
Sound understanding of Operational Technology (OT) concepts, industrial protocols, and automation systems.
Should have basic working experience with NodeRED platform.
Familiarity with IoT technologies, protocols, and data acquisition systems.
Good to have: MySQL databases, SQL Queries.
Curiosity and eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and IT skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Flexibility to work in shifts, if required, to support project requirements.
