Key Responsibilities:


  • Facilitating agile processes: Facilitating agile processes for the development team, including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Managing the backlog: Managing the product backlog, ensuring that it is uptodate and prioritized based on stakeholder needs and requirements.
  • Removing impediments: Identifying and removing impediments that may prevent the development team from completing their work on time and within budget.
  • Facilitating communication: Facilitating communication and collaboration between the development team, stakeholders, and product owners to ensure that everyone is aligned on project goals, timelines, and requirements
  • Managing risks: Identifying and managing risks that may impact project delivery, and proactively communicating these risks to stakeholders.
  • Coaching and mentoring: Coaching and mentoring the development team on agile methodologies and best practices to ensure that they are continuously improving their skills and knowledge.
  • Performance tracking: Tracking project performance metrics, including velocity, burndown rate, and team capacity, to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and share Project management/ project health dashboards, reports and metrics including budgets, resource, timelines, risks, accomplishments (highlights/lowlights)
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment with mínimal oversight
  • Mentors other team members effectively to unlock full potential.
  • Prior experience working in an Agile/Product based environment.
  • Provides strategic feedback to vendors on service delivery and balances workload with vendor teams

Qualifications & Experience:


  • 24 year proven working experience as a scrum master or as an agile Project Manager Project/Program Management experience leading and delivering enterpriselevel IT engagements
  • Hands on experience in managing budgets, timelines, issue, risks is a must.
  • 12 years of technology product development exposure is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloudbased data technologies on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform would be a plus.
  • Must also have a strong attention to detail and be able to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills Functional knowledge or prior experience in Lifesciences Research and Development domain is a plus
  • Experience and expertise in establishing agile and productoriented teams that work effectively with teams in US and other global BMS site.
  • Initiates challenging opportunities that build strong capabilities for self and team
  • Demonstrates a focus on improving processes, structures, and knowledge within the team. Leads in analyzing current states, deliver strong recommendations in understanding complexity in the environment, and the ability to execute to bring complex solutions to completion.
