Manage inventory as well as import & export operations, logistics & distribution activities like coordinating with logistics & transport partners.

Support the service Inventory management & movement to meet the field engineer requirement.

  • Develop new strategies to streamline processes & to optimize the logistics & transport costs etc.
  • Overseeing all supply chain activities like, inward, outward, pick & pack activities, order dispatch.
  • Regular inventory check and support statutory audits for inventory physical verification.
  • Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and coordination with logistics & transportation vendors
  • Should manage cold chain / Dry Ice / Blue Ice Shipments and familiar with all sorts of cold chain movement management like storage, transportation etc.
  • Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues.
  • Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and retailers.
  • Responsible to support all Exim operations, must understand the HSN classification & duty structures.
  • Familiar with change notifications at customs on frequent basis.
  • Answering customer queries with regard to all domestic movements, freight inwards from all source plants.
  • Negotiate optimal terms and conditions with logistic & distribution vendors for cost effective supply solutions.
  • Developing and implementing best practices to streamline logistics, customs, & supply chain efficiencies
  • Responsible for all import & export operations for region.
  • Develop effective working relationships with vendors and service partners like Logistic, CHA, Freight forwarders
  • Coordination with Sales and Service Teams and update on the order & delivery status of respective customer orders.
  • Follow approval matrix for logistic, freight & transportation costs and get the quotations approved by the Approving authority
  • Prepare MIS on regular basis
  • Warehouse operational metrics
  • Inward & outward material movement.
  • Delivery performance with TAT as defined


  • Quality Notification

  • Update
  • Tracking the status of Quality notification with respective owners and furnishing the updated QN status to internal customers.
  • Logistics, transportation, freight & warehouse spent analysis on regular basis.
  • Delivery Lead period related update to internal & external customers
  • Dashboards through Spotfire on GRN, PGI and delivery analysis, pending orders with lead period and expected date of deliveries
