Job Title: AIOps Pre-sales Consultant
Experience Level: 5-10 years
We are seeking a knowledgeable AIOps Pre-sales Consultant with 5-10 years of experience to join our team.
As an AIOps Pre-sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our sales team, helping to drive the adoption of AIOps solutions among our clients.
You will collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs, demonstrate the value of AIOps, and recommend tailored solutions to address their challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their business objectives, pain points, and IT infrastructure landscape.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to showcase the capabilities of our AIOps platform and its ability to address customer challenges.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop compelling sales strategies, proposals, and solutions that align with customer requirements.
- Work closely with product management and engineering teams to provide feedback from customers and contribute to product enhancements and roadmap development.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape in the AIOps space.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Support the sales process from initial discovery through to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless transition to implementation and delivery teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong understanding of AIOps concepts, including machine learning, anomaly detection, event correlation, and automation.
- Experience with AIOps platforms and tools such as Splunk IT Service Intelligence (ITSI), Moogsoft, Dynatrace, or similar.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with customers and driving successful sales engagements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and support sales activities.
- Certifications related to AIOps, ITIL, or relevant technology platforms are desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping customers solve their challenges and achieve their goals.
