Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and update highquality and informative content for the website's blog, articles, and other pages.
  • Ensure that all website content is accurate, wellorganized, and aligned with the brand's tone and style.
  • Collaborate with various teams to gather necessary information and insights for content creation and updates.
  • Maintain an editorial calendar to plan and schedule content updates in a timely manner.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to enhance the website's visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Post and schedule content on social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools for drafting, editing, and formatting documents as needed.
  • Proofread and review all content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and grammatical correctness.
  • Keep uptodate with industry trends and news to generate fresh and relevant content ideas.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a content writer, preferably with exposure to website content management.
  • Excellent command of the English language, with strong writing, grammar, and proofreading skills.
  • Familiarity with various social media platforms and experience in posting content and managing accounts.
  • Basic understanding of design principles, with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for content creation and editing.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and the ability to incorporate keywords into content.
  • Selfmotivated and proactive approach to work, with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to feedback.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Basic design skills using tools like Canva or Photshop
  • Previous experience in website content management or updates.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), Wordpress
