Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced
Social Media Optimization (SMO) Executive to join our team.

As an SMO Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize our company's presence on social media platforms.

Your goal will be to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across various social media channels.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Create, manage, and optimize social media profiles and pages (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content (e.g., text, images, videos) that reflects our brand's voice and values.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media strategies with overall marketing initiatives.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and optimization.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
Conduct social media audits and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop and implement paid social media campaigns to reach targeted audiences and achieve specific objectives.
Report regularly on social media performance, insights, and key learnings to management.
Strong knowledge and experience in running meta ads on platforms like Facebook Meta (formerly Facebook Ads Manager), including campaign setup, targeting, optimization, and performance tracking.
Familiarity with A/B testing and optimization techniques to improve ad performance and ROI.
Ability to analyze ad performance data, identify trends, and make datadriven decisions to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Stay updated with industry trends and changes in social media advertising algorithms, policies, and best practices related to meta ads.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Social Media Optimization Executive or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with a passion for creating compelling content.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to optimize social media performance.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
