Description
We are looking for a Baker to prepare different types of bread and a wide range of pastries, like cookies, cakes and pies

Responsibilities include leading the team each morning allocating responsibilities and strictly enforcing standard operating procedures for dough preparation for various items,


Responsibilities

  • Team Leader with drive and ability to perform the required task.
  • To enforce strictly the SOPs and to Develop and evolve to current challenges
  • To be able to guide and supervise every activity of the Production hall
  • Mix various ingredients to as per SOPs
  • Prepare custommade pastries based on customers' preferences (e.g. birthday cakes)
  • Monitor and evaluate performance of the team members periodically and report to the Manag,ent

Salary:
₹9, ₹20,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Udupi, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
