Job Title:
International Lead Generation Specialist

Position Overview:

As an International Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for spearheading our lead generation efforts on a global scale.

You will play a critical role in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads from diverse international markets, ultimately contributing to the expansion and success of our organization worldwide.


Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound calls to prospects using provided contact lists or leads generated through research.
  • Introduce company products/services to potential clients, articulating value propositions and key benefits.
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, challenges, and pain points.
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and identify decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Effectively communicate product/service features, pricing, and competitive advantages to prospects.
  • Overcome objections and address concerns to build rapport and credibility with potential clients.
  • Schedule appointments, demonstrations, or follow-up calls for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Continuously strive to meet and exceed performance metrics and targets set by management.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate and undergraduate
  • Proven experience in international lead generation, preferably in a global B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of international market dynamics, cultural differences, and business practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with international prospects and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural and fastpaced environment.
