International Lead Generation Specialist
Position Overview:
As an International Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for spearheading our lead generation efforts on a global scale.
You will play a critical role in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads from diverse international markets, ultimately contributing to the expansion and success of our organization worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospects using provided contact lists or leads generated through research.
- Introduce company products/services to potential clients, articulating value propositions and key benefits.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, challenges, and pain points.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and identify decision-makers within target organizations.
- Effectively communicate product/service features, pricing, and competitive advantages to prospects.
- Overcome objections and address concerns to build rapport and credibility with potential clients.
- Schedule appointments, demonstrations, or follow-up calls for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed performance metrics and targets set by management.
Qualifications:
- Graduate and undergraduate
- Proven experience in international lead generation, preferably in a global B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of international market dynamics, cultural differences, and business practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with international prospects and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural and fastpaced environment.
