Key responsibilities:

Contribute to requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
Participate in the technical design discussions to better understand the architecture vision and implementation approach
Partner with crossfunctional team members business analysts, developers and product team to build and refine test cases.
Contribute to automation team by designing and scripting in Selenium/Java
Design and execute test cases, raise defects, coordinate with development team to resolve and close defects
Contribute to the 'end users walkin sessions' to discuss user needs, issues and communicate the upcoming new features in the current sprint.
Maintain automation backlog by adding new features of the sprint and prioritize the tasks as per the criticality and business significance of the feature.
Influence the automation team to design and build for testability.
Create automated reports on test execution and status.

Experience and Skills:

5+ years of hands on testing in Manual and Automation 3+ years of experience working in Scrumbased Agile teams 5+ years of experience in translating requirements or user stories to test cases and creating a robust test suite. 5+ years of experience with Automation Testing with strong Selenium or similar web UI & workflow automation tools. Minimum 3+ years of extensive experience in Selenium/Java Automation 3+ years of experience in integrating Automating testing with DevOps tools like Bamboo and Jenkins/Bitbucket Strong communication skills, must be able to communicate well with developers, product team and to end users to clarify story level requirements. Bachelor's degree or experience in a technology related area (Computer Science, Engineer, etc.) is required Must be able to work in a complex, dynamic team environment with mínimal supervision and possess good organizational skills
